Early Check-in

The standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.

If cleaning finishes earlier than expected on the day of check-in, we will contact guests who requested early check-in at least 30 minutes before the cleaning is completed.

If cleaning takes longer, early check-in may not be possible, but you can leave your luggage in advance.

Door Lock Instructions

Press the keypad once with your palm.

When the keypad appears, enter the password we provided to you the day before check-in.

Make sure to press * at the end of the password!

Please NEVER press the double-lock button inside the room. If the double-lock is not properly released from the inside, the door will not open even if you enter the password from the outside. If a problem occurs during the night when assistance is difficult, you may experience issues entering the room. Please note that the accommodation is not responsible for any access issues caused by failure to familiarise yourself with these precautions.

Check-out

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Please wash the dishes and cups you’ve used.

Please place food waste in the food waste bin under the sink.

* Please do not mix food waste and plastic containers with regular trash! We kindly ask for your cooperation.

Luggage Storage & Large Waste Disposal

You are welcome to use the luggage storage room in the hallway on the day of check-in/check-out. The room is located just after you enter the shared entrance.

You can use it even if you arrive earlier than check-in time.

It is also available for use for a day after check-out.

* Please make sure to confirm that the luggage you take is yours!

If a large item of waste, such as a broken suitcase, is disposed of, a waste disposal fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged. Please note that we must call a specialized collection company and report it to the district office before paying the fee.
